You could also consider Kalighat where average property prices stand at Rs 9,950 per sq ft and the liveability in this area has been rated 9.7. Gariahat is yet another top locality with average price at Rs 9,300 per sq ft and liveability at 9.6. Prices may differ based on the infrastructure, availability of projects, age of the construction and its quality, proximity to strategic locations etc.
