On behalf of The Landowners, CBRE is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and capable parties (or consortia) to drive a part residential re-zoning process at 81 & 93 Russell Road, Morisset.

The Landowner is seeking EOI from suitably experienced and capable parties who are interested in developing the site through a structured agreement with the Landowners.
