Details :- Reference: LMDW-T28994. Due to a 4-month stay abroad, I am renting out my fully furnished 2-room flat in Munich, Berg am Laim, from 04.10.24 to 31.01.25. The flat is 58sqm in size, has two balconies, a large, as-new kitchen and an underground parking space, which is already included in the warm rent. Also included in the warm rent are the electricity and internet costs, as well as the monthly GEZ fee. However, you can take over your own electricity and internet provider if you wish. In principle, I would like to change as little as possible of the furnishings, but there is the possibility of storing some furniture in the basement (depending on space). As you can see from the photos, there is also a cat living here (for the allergy sufferers). However, it will be staying with my parents while I am away, so the cat furniture will not remain in the flat. The flat is preferably rented to women or young couples.
