Washing machine, drying room and space for your bike in the basement at ground level. Smoking in the flat is not allowed. The flat's kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove with ceramic stovetop, microwave, new cutlery and dinnerware, ... The rent includes bedding/towels and room cleaning service every two weeks, telephone/data/cable TV (not included and payable (plus 15% handling) on top of rent is the use of chargeable phone and Pay TV services). The flat is meant for professionals from wherever, who have to live in Dresden temporarily and do not wish to do so in a hotel, but in a real home. The home office is a ready to use desk with lots of sockets, designer lamp, office phone (allows conferences with three participants) plus handset, LAN-cable (WiFi available too) - just sit down, connect your laptop and start working! The bed is four feet wide, but continuous use by two persons is not allowed. The rental price includes all costs of the flat, room cleaning and change of bedding/towels every two weeks. Even telephone calls to most of the G20 states are included (not included are chargeable phone or internet services, cost plus 15% handling are to be paid on top of the rental price) .
