Charming rustic house in Casarabonela, built in 1938 and partially renovated in 1995. The house, of 88 square meters distributed over two floors and a basement, offers a cozy and authentic atmosphere. On the ground floor, we find the living-dining room with access to the kitchen to the right, and a door that leads to a bedroom and the bathroom. To the left of the living room there is another bedroom and the stairs that lead to the bedrooms on the upper floor. Before entering the house, some external stairs lead to a terrace with views of the mountains, and access to it could be created from the master bedroom on the upper floor. Next to these stairs, an access door to the basement, which includes a storage room, a laundry room, a fireplace and a shed with a watering trough formerly used to store animals.
