We present a plot of land of approximately 20.000m2 for the realisation of an assisted living project for the elderly or people with disabilities, located in the municipality of Sant Mart Sarroca. It is located in a good location, between Sector 3 and the municipal cemetery. It is a strategic location as it is comfortably integrated with the urban nucleus, with contiguity to the residential land. Furthermore, it is flat land, which facilitates the operation of the equipment and accessibility to the entire plot.With the consolidation of the land, the Rambla dels Pasos Catalans will be extended to the Parc Urb area, so that it will constitute an axis of connection between the urban nucleus and the area of facilities and green zones. The project will be carried out in collaboration with the Sant Mart Sarroca Town Council, the ICASS (the body of the Department of Welfare and Family with regard to resources for the elderly).
