This old farmhouse is in a quiet village in the rolling countryside north of Cluny, a few kilometres from Joncy. Although it can be used as a family home, with a recent boiler, it needs structural work and a reconfiguration of the interior. The house is entered by a few steps that lead to an entrance hall. To the left is a kitchen/dining room of 36 m2, a bright room with large picture windows on two sides. To the right of the hall, a corridor leads to a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet.
