The park and its surroundings 

Le Lac Bleu is a small, family-run vacation park with 40 almost identical houses along a lake. There's a communal swimming pool with showers, a children's playground (new in 2023) and a sports field. There are no restaurants or stores, as the village is within walking distance. It's a quiet estate in beautiful green surroundings. 

The estate is within walking distance (1km) of Lacapelle-Marival, one of the 172 villages designated as "Plus beaux villages de France" (editor's note.) Les plus beaux villages de France), with all possible basic amenities such as a doctor, a store, a bakery... The village is located on the Cahors - Aurillac axis, near Figeac in the Lot, a green and hilly region, 30 minutes from the A20 freeway. Expect a journey time of around 9 hours from Brussels (Be), 11 hours from Utrecht (Nl). 

Vacation homes:

Each property measures around 85m² on 2 levels and benefits from a private terrace. The houses are sold fully furnished and ready to use. 

There are 2 types of building 

- Rectangular with straight staircase 
- Square with an L-shaped floor 

For each type of home, we offer 2 levels of finish: 

- Rustic: 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and a spacious mezzanine (4th bedroom) 
- Modern: 2 bedrooms (including 1 spacious dormitory), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom. These homes have been completely refurbished to modern standards in recent years. 

In addition, we also have a number of hull houses in the offers, these are fully finished on the outside, wind and waterproof, with electricity and water connection, and can be fully furnished on the inside as you wish.

The houses are sold fully furnished, the maintenance of the garden and cottages is organized by a Dutch-speaking janitor, and if you wish to rent the house, this can be managed by the same person. This way, you don't have to worry about handing over the keys, final inspection and clean !
