The bathroom at the far end of this room is elevated and the double bedroom is on the mezzanine level.

There is a studio at the side of the main house but accessed by a totally separate entrance is the studio with sleeping area to the left, lounge opposite. The bathroom is to the left behind the sleeping area, and opposite is a storage space that can be easily converted to a kitchen.

From the main entrance there are two storage rooms either side. Under the stairs to the roof terrace, the old wine press is now used as a boiler room for the heating equipment.

Paleloni is a quiet village that has escaped the development boom close by, giving a tranquil step back in time feel. However, the sandy beaches and larger towns are withing a 15-minute drive away, Chania airport is 45-minutes drive.
