The two villas of 220 square meters each are harmoniously located on a plot of land of four acres. They accommodate 16 people in the eight (8) rooms with private bathrooms and coco mat mattresses and 4 people on sofa beds. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are beautifully furnished with lounges and dining areas to enjoy your drink or meal with all your friends. For relaxation lovers there is an indoor and outdoor 4-person Jacuzzi- and a marble Hamman. In the fully equipped kitchens you can create your own tasteful preferences or our own masters.

In the covered area by the pool there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bar, Bbq, a monastic dining table and a huge sitting area where you can enjoy your cocktails all day long.
Villa Caldera is located in the area of Ververonda, just 3 kilometers from the cosmopolitan Porto Heli. In the bay of Ververonda you will find beautiful beaches with pine trees to caress on the turquoise waters. The central coast is organized with umbrellas, beach bars and taverns. This beach is suitable for surfing lovers.
