Description of the land

hotel and is divided into a main building with reception, restaurant and services as well
and 24 separate rooms with independent entrance from the garden. Each room has
living/sleeping area, bathroom and kitchenette.
The earth already has electricity and a well.
It is accessible by car from the port of Igoumenitsa, the main terminal
station for connections with Italy, with 80 km of excellent road and air
from Preveza Airport, which is about 7 km away. The
Airport has daily connections to Athens and Thessaloniki.
The beach is 100 meters from the campsite and can be accessed via private
route stretching along the north side of the above area.
