Details :- Reference: RFVY-T785. The Benedictine monastery of Sveti Petar u Šumi is mentioned in historical records from 1174 with an unknown comment about its existence for 50 years. Unlike other Istrian communities, which erected a village on a hilltop with a church and its tower, Sveti Petar u Šumi lacked homes around both the church and the monastery.

This villa has a total living space of 290 m2 and a garden space of 500 m2. Five bedrooms, three internal and one outdoor shower make up this villa. It also has a children's pool, a tavern with a vast fireplace adjacent to a big summer kitchen, and a children's park.

A large table made of old oak in the dining room is suitable for large gatherings. The children's room has a glass ceiling. Two fireplaces add to the house's coziness and make it even more comfortable.

Rattan furniture, sloping ceilings, and a stone sink with stone supports of a tiny bar in the kitchen make for an attractive interior of the house. The residence has stone floors, a stone sink, and copper faucets in the washbasins, which sets it apart from the rest of the places in town.

Custom ID: ALG-847

Energy class: U izradi
