Villa Mimpi is situated on the steep slope going down to the river. The back side of the building is inserted into the slope, so the real size of the building remains invisible to the view. The natural stones of the retaining walls fl ow into the house interior, so the marge between exterior and insides of the building is dissolved. The swimming pool located on the ground floor is partly inside partly outside of the house and is surrounded by timber decked terrace with sun beds designed for taking sun baths. The terrace leads to the stairs connecting it with the living room. The space of the living room is adjacent to the opened to the atmosphere inner garden and the heart of the living room is a round fi re place surrounded by a round shaped sofa. The spacious kitchen allows the maximum comfort and joy of cooking and the table in the centre of the dinning zone can accommodate up to 12 persons.
