Description
A few kilometers from the city of Arezzo stands this renowned winery with cellar. The cellar of about 760 square meters is well structured and well connected to the main road. In a strategic position, it can be easily reached by customers who want to buy products and by couriers for the marketing and distribution of wine and oil.
On the entrance floor of the winery we are greeted by a large space with a fireplace dedicated to tastings and sales. The production area is well designed and consists of two large rooms for aging and storage. Adjacent to the cellar is the warehouse for the storage of agricultural machinery The temperature inside the cellar is constantly controlled to optimize production times and quality. 
Condition and finishes
The cellar is perfect in every part and the materials used are those of the classic Tuscan tradition. The systems are up to standard and the solar panels provide energy savings. The floors are in terracotta, the vaulted ceilings in original mornings or exposed wooden beams. The winery, in addition to being very functional, is also well integrated into the landscape of the area devoted to the cultivation of the vineyard.
Outdoor
The land owned by the winery is about 66 hectares divided as follows: 20 hectares of arable land, about 5 hectares of olive grove, 11 hectares of vineyard, 29 hectares of woodland. Inside the property used for cultivation there is a large lake that ensures a supply of water more than sufficient for the needs of the farm. The vineyard is mainly San Giovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia nera and Merlot. Currently there are eight labels of excellence in addition to Vin Santo and Grappa: the production is about 45000 bottles and 35/40 quintals of oil.

The farm is perfect for those who want to produce excellent wine and excellent Tuscan oil. The marketing of the products is already well underway, it is possible to include the cultivation of white grapes and increase the number of hectares of vineyards.
