The 15.32-hectare estate has 13.35 hectares of vineyards, all excellently productive and divided into vintages: 1.70 ha are 45-year-old vineyards, 4.94 ha are 25-year-old vineyards, 0.84 ha are 22-year-old vineyards, 2.52 ha are 15-year-old vineyards, 2.35 are 2-year-old vineyards and 1 ha are 1-year-old vineyards. The arable fields extend for 1.97 ha. The vineyards of the Fattoria are distributed without uniformity but according to the natural conformation of the land with slopes typical of mountain viticulture, carved between woods and trees as if they were a picture of natural beauty. The Sangiovese grape variety stands out, tenacious and austere, but also the gentle Pinot Noir and the soft Syrah are placed in more humid and cooler areas of the farm. Wine production has always been the main activity of the farm and boasts an excellent Chianti Rufina wine. Located at an altitude between 300 and 600 meters in the highest part of Chianti Rufina, where the climate is greatly affected by the proximity of the mountains that are behind us and in summer it benefits from constant ventilation and a significant temperature range between night and day, an ideal climate for the production of fine and expressive wines. 
State and finishes 
The cellar located at the entrance of the company is a stone building that has always been intended for this purpose, as evidenced by the monumental oak wood press used for the narrowing of the grapes on the front of which the year 1806 is engraved. Inside there are both the steel tanks, used for alcoholic fermentation and the concrete tanks used for the subsequent malolactic fermentation, while the barriques for the wines that must mature in wood are located in the subsoil of the villa, an ideal place for its constant temperatures.
