Location
A small corner of the green with lavender bushes, box hedges with an intense green and then taller and denser trees until they form a wood, an open space, very large and from here you can see a small group of farmhouses, close to each other, all in stone and scented with lavender. This is the scenery in which this farmhouse is immersed, a short distance from major services and also from large cities such as Florence and Siena.

Description
The main nucleus of this farmhouse dates back to 1200, as an ancient watchtower that marked the border between the territory of Florence and Siena, as a post station where the horses of wayfarers and messengers were changed and where they could refresh themselves and refresh themselves.
Around this ancient tower still clearly visible, in later times additions were made that gave the farmhouse its current appearance. Currently there are two main buildings close to each other and a barn slightly detached from these, in the middle the swimming pool surrounded by the solarium and the flat part of the land. Behind the buildings there is the forest, protecting and sheltering this jewel of the Chianti countryside.
The main farmhouse is divided into 7 apartments for a total of about 30 beds. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms and is equipped with its own bathroom and kitchen, as well as a private outdoor area to enjoy the Tuscan nature in peace. On the ground floor of this building there is the "tinaia" characterized by the typical vaulted ceiling finished in bricks. Adjacent to the main building but slightly detached from it, another smaller building characterized by a large covered loggia where it is possible to spend afternoons and evenings in company, where there are various covered technical spaces. The third building, which was once the barn, is detached from the other buildings, has a large loggia in front and is on two levels, a large room that serves as a living area on the main level with the roof supported by wooden trusses, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the other level, that of the sleeping area.
Outdoor
The farmhouse is surrounded by about 20 hectares of land, a good part of which is woodland. The part of the land closest to the buildings is flat and lends itself to be used as land to cultivate or to build a football or tennis court for guests. In the area sheltered by the buildings, in order to ensure privacy, there is a rectangular swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters. Surrounded by the solarium covered with imperial quartzite which offers the advantage of never getting too hot, even on the hottest days. 
The part of land closest to the house of about 5,000 square meters is surrounded by an electrified fence that guarantees greater security. The paths surrounding the house allow you to go hiking and walking in the woods and the surrounding countryside.

State and finishes
The renovation of the rooms, although not very recent, is still very current. The typical style of the countryside has been fully respected, from the original materials that have been recovered to the subdivision of the interior spaces. The attention to detail that can be appreciated inside the property is also clearly visible in the outdoor spaces, in fact no overhead cables are visible in order to give the least possible visual impact. The technical spaces, although present, are well hidden from view by strategic plant bushes.
