Description

The main stone farmhouse of 500 square meters is on three levels with excellent internal layout and on the ground floor a large and welcoming bright living room with a peculiar French fireplace, kitchen, back kitchen, office and day toilet. In addition, there are two luxurious B&B rooms with independent access and private bathroom. The high-quality staircase leads to the first mezzanine floor with games room and TV room with fireplace. Condition and finishes
The main house, in a mixed rustic and modern style, restored with care and passion in 2012, has preserved the bricks of the external walls but renovated the construction according to high quality standards and with the use of quality materials such as handmade tiles in the bathrooms. Stone, precious exposed beams and antique terracotta are the protagonists. The original fireplaces as well as the interior wooden doors.
