The farmhouse stands in a breathtaking panoramic position with an open view of the surrounding countryside, the villages, the hills, up to the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini Mountains. A context often and rightly defined as the quintessence of the beautiful Marche Region.

The property is located in a private but not isolated position, less than five minutes by car from the center of SantAngelo in Pontano. It is accessible through a comfortable provincial road first and then via a municipal road which is always well maintained. The nearest city is Macerata, which can be reached in less than half an hour and which is a provincial capital city famous for the opera season of the Teatro Sferisterio.
