The small Etruscan town enjoys total tranquility and is located in the lower province of Siena, less than 10km from Cetona and Chiusi. Places of interest such as Città della Pieve, San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme are within a 20 km radius. The airports of Rome and Florence are 180 and 130 kilometers away respectively. Description
The beautiful and fascinating former convent used as a hotel of about 1,500 square meters is spread over two floors above ground and a basement. The "L" shape of the ground floor extends along a central body where there are five contiguous hallways with large windows, from which you can access, through other small hallways, seven bedrooms all with an exclusive bathroom inside. In the first part of the same floor with access from the square there is the office, two bedrooms with living room and exclusive bathroom. Located along the central part there is a veranda used as a reading space that can be used by all guests. On the first floor, reachable via a main staircase, there are again four large contiguous hallways with windows, one of which has a fireplace, from here you can access a kitchen, four large bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first basement floor, reachable from the surrounding courtyard and by an internal staircase from the ground floor, there is the part used for catering, here there are, a porch from which you can access the inside of the building, hallway for the reception of guests, kitchen divided into two separate rooms, two dining rooms, two w.c., hallway with w.c. and anti-bathroom for the staff,  central heating, two cellars and ancillary rooms to the activity such as woodshed and / or storage rooms. 
Outdoor
To complete the property, the external courtyard of about 1,500 square meters enclosed on one side by the walls of the town, which are accessible from the courtyard itself to admire the wonderful view of the Val di Chiana, on another from the building in question and from the other two from the access to the property and from the ruined building of about 200 square meters as well as an adjacent land,  located downstream of the building, used as an olive grove.
State and finishes
The property is in a good state of conservation and maintenance with good general finishes. Externally the structure is in exposed stone. The load-bearing structure is made of masonry and the roof covering has a brick tile mantle.
