Ancient farmhouse finely restored dating back to the early 1600s, surrounded by about 15,000 square meters of park that houses Mediterranean flora and fruit trees, two natural springs of pure water, a large swimming pool sqm. 100, a rustic with kitchen and wood-burning oven and various relaxation areas. The property is accessed through a large gate and the driveway characterized by marble cobblestones.   In the 80s, careful restorations were carried out that returned the property to its former glory and at the same time created the optimal conditions for a perfect habitability of the property.
The house is on two levels; On the ground floor, the living area is characterized by ceilings with ribbed vaults partly of tuff and partly plastered, wooden beams dating back to 1700 and ancient terracotta and is divided into a large loggia overlooking the swimming pool, kitchen, dining room with vaulted ceilings and ancient fireplace, living room with fireplace from the 1600s and armored window with panoramic view of the Apuan Alps and the park and service bathroom with holy water stoup of 1500. 
A large iroko staircase leads to the upper floor in a hallway that divides the two sleeping areas; 2 en-suite bedrooms and a suite with fireplace and private bathroom.
In the park there is a well and the remains of an ancient Roman road for the transport of marble, and a further artifact to be used as an outbuilding.
