Real Estate Transaction - possible realization of over 1000 square meters
This is a real estate complex consisting of old buildings, with a purely residential courtyard character, a part used as a former maneuvering area for vehicles and with a warehouse  houses and accessories (rustic cellars)  garages  warehouses  garages for heavy vehicles related to the existing trucking activity  free spaces in the courtyard  free spaces for maneuvers and parking for heavy vehicles. In addition to the buildings, there are also free areas classified, by the current municipal urban planning instrument (P.G.T.), as a "predominantly residential consolidated urban fabric" with a buildability index of 1.8 cubic meters / sqm.
