In the gracious hamlet of Spedalicchio in Umbertide, lies this ancient farmhouse formerly a watchtower. The property is on 4 floors plus an attic space, the ground floor has the old storage and animal rooms that can be converted into habitation. The first and second floor have experienced some restoration although a little dated. The first floor has a spacious living room with a large open fireplace in pietra serena, the ceilings are high and contribute to the widening perception of the room. On the same floor we have the kitchen, from which there is access to the terrace, where one can enjoy a meal with a panoramic view. Currently this floor has the only bathroom in the house.
Original terracotta stairs take you to the second floor where there are three large bedrooms one with an open fireplace.
The third floor also has three bedrooms, although somewhat un restored and the top floor attic has limited height but could be good storage.
The doors are all originals and the detail that stands out the most are the various niches.
