This 36-hectare estate consists of:- Around 18 hectares of vineyards, of which 10 hectares on a gentle slope from the road, planted in 2023 with the Aragons and Toliga Frana grape varieties; and the rest on a steeper slope, planted in 2018 with the Syra and Alicante grape varieties.- A dam created in 2017, about 6 meters deep and with a capacity of around 25, 000 m3, with a pumping station.- Around 9 hectares of pastureland with oak trees, along the entire vineyard, divided into 3 enclosures - called 'Montado' in the plan.
