The 56-hectare property, strategically located between the sea and the mountains, is divided into two distinct areas: a flat area next to the river associated with agricultural activity and a steeply sloping area with a pine forest, planted more than 40 years ago with the aim of making the most of soils unsuitable for agriculture.
