The recorded plat gives a 60' Right of Way for a road on the SW line of the property that will lead to Murray Woods Subdivision for access to Murrayville Rd. Or Plantation Rd can be paved to reach Military Cutoff Extension. Cape Fear Public Utility Authority owns two parcels of land on Plantation Rd and one deep water well.
