This' momma and daddy's house, grandma lived next door. It's got all the nice amenities, including indoor plumbing and central air! But what I like most about it, besides the engineered hardwoods, the three oversized bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, the screened in porch or the 3 car carport, is the bonus space out back. Covered patios take you out to almost 600 square feet of game room, football watching, office, craft space where you can stick the kids and have some peace and quiet. Oh, and if they like to run and play, there's just under 3 acres and a barn. Did I mention the 30x30 shop with 12 foot walls and 2 roll up doors?? There's lots to like about this place. Is it dated? Yes, but let's not let that get in the way.
