They do not show properties or sell properties. The ranch sold out in the late '60s and early '70s. The ranch has a road fee of $219.26 for 2024, which helps to keep the road equipment up and running.  We will not sell your property without going through the title company. Closings can take as much as 45 days and, depending on the research, could take longer. You do not have to be here for the final closing, as FedEx and wire transfers do most of the work.
