Located on A dock it is close to the main bulkhead which provides shelter from rough water and the parking lot providing easy access to the marina's bathhouse and your vehicle when provisioning your boat.   As a slip owner, you would have access to all the amenities of the marina which include a well-maintained bathhouse, swimming pool, boat ramp, picnic tables, and grills.  There is also storage for dinghies, paddle boards, and kayaks, as well as a launching space.  Water and electricity are included as part of the quarterly condominium fees.
