DO NOT READ THIS if you are looking for a RUN OF THE MILL lake house!   Everyone thinks of having a lake house where LOTS of your family can stay with you and everyone has their respective generational conversation areas.  This is NOT your run of the mill lake house!  When starting at the drive way, you have LOTS of parking space.  LOTS of gravel that has been constructed so that there is a cart path to the dock area WHICH IS FLOATING!  The owner says there is 8' of water at the BACK of the dock... this is NOW at the new COE level of 490'.  The view is great and still has some shade to enjoy without baking in the summer sun shine. The next tour is to the home itself.   Walk into the main floor:  a clean and updated open floor plan with 1 bedroom, dining room and open kitchen/ living room and a 90" flat screen TV on the wall.  A wood burning fireplace to cozy up to in the fall or winter.  There is a full bath and laundry on this main floor.  The appliances also include a dishwasher, microwave, smooth top stove and refrigerator.  The stack washer/ dryer are in the bathroom on the main floor.  Live here full time or make weekends a luxury stay!  Tile floors along with beautiful hardwood floors on the main level make clean up a snap! Take a glimpse of the downstairs area:  a large bunk room still has room for blow up mattresses and there is a 2nd bedroom on the lower level along with a half bath and a bar area.  The basement has mostly tile flooring, there is carpet in the 2 bedrooms.  This area leads out to the lower covered deck and you are certain to find a covered spot to relax and look at the lake.  Upper and lower covered decks have terrific views of Rough River Lake. Built in 2020 the 20' x 40' garage has a 14' electric overhead garage door.  Will your boat fit in this?  The garage has electric and a lot of shelving to keep your lake coolers or other collectibles organized.  Well thought out hanging storage for wet PFD's, and boat toys.  This GARAGE is a huge feature for lake dwellers who don't want to haul items back and forth if they live at a Rough River vacation home.  If you were lucky enough to live at 65 Hidden Valley Extension B as a full time home, this is only ONE place you can get away from TOO MUCH togetherness! One of my favorite treasures this lake house has to offer is a caboose.  Novelty????  Maybe but functional YES!!!  The caboose is complete with a zone unit providing heat and air when in use.  Inside is finished with re-claimed tobac
