There is a 1947 homestead cabin on the pristine 5 acres of desert, but don’t let the term “cabin” fool you. It is 1,537 sqft made of mostly stone and is believed to be one of the older homesteads in the area. The owner has had plans drawn up for the existing footprint that will be passed to the new owner after closing. The garage has power with redone electrical, so you can use a generator. There is an outdoor shower with a dedicated water heater. As you shower, you can gaze up at the sky. The water is hauled onto the property as there is no public water source in this area of Yucca Valley for the time being. On the plus side you do not have to worry about needing to be connected to the sewer system at this time, and the homes in the area use septic tanks. With the state of the property as it is right now, it provides for the ultimate glamping experience.
