Taloja is a fast developing residential and commercial hub situated in Navi Mumbai. It belongs to Raigarh district in Maharashtra State and lies in Konkan division and region. The nearby areas of Taloja include Roginjan, Pendhar, Pisarve, taloje Majkur, Owe, Mahanagar, Adarsh Nagar, Valap, Navade etc. The area is situated around MIDC Road and NH- 4 lies to its West.

Connectivity
MIDC Road connects the area to Navade, Mahanagar, Tondhare, Devichapada etc. areas via bus service. Taloja has various bus stations on this road which include Ram Kisan Bus Station, Kauk Bus Station, Dena Bus Station and Marrsk Pendhar Phata Bus Station. The area is also accessible via train as the Navade Railway Station lies near Taloja just near the intersection of highway and MIDC Road. Taloja Panchanand Railway Station is also the neighboring railway station of the area. The Thane railway Station is the major railway station and is at a distance of 19 km from here. Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport lies at distance of about 25 km form Taloja.

Real Estate
There are more than 100 residential localitites in Taloja. It also has a lot of apartments and residential buildings available for purchase and some for rent. As Taloja is developing in terms of residential and commercial infrastructure, the property prices are also rising but at a very slow pace.

Social Infrastructure
The fast pace development of commercial buildings and residential space has put the social infrastructure on developing phase in Taloja. Currently Taloja does not have any schools in the area but several schools in the neighboring regions like Sanjivani International School, Carmel Convent High School, Ramseth Thakur High School etc.
The area has three pharmacies in the region namely Shefa Health Care, Alkem Industry, Health Secure India Pvt. Ltd. but no hospitals in the region. Advanced Centre for Treatment Research and Education in Cancer, Medicity Hospital, Prachin Healthcare Multi speciality Hospital, Rana Hospital, Laksh Deep Hospital etc. are the hospitals in neighboring areas.
It also does not have any malls, movie theatres, parks in the region but two petrol pumps, a restaurant (Golden Hour), a bank (Dena Bank) and a Gym present in the area.
