Mundhwa is a rural locality in Pune, Maharashrta. Part of western Maharashtra in the Pune sub-division, Mundhawa is approximately 10 kms from the city. Areas enclosing Mundhwa are Keshavnagar, Chandan Nagar, Outade-handewadi, Kharadi and Wadgaon T Khed. The area is enclosed among Haveli Taluka, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Purandar Taluka and Talegaon Dabhade.

The nearest railway junction to this area is the Hadapsar Station. The major junction of the state, the Pune Junction, is located at a distance of 8 kms and could be accessed using the road and rail transport facilities.
