Adibatla is a small village located in the Ranga Reddy district of Telangana. Lying to the south of Hyderabad, it is surrounded by Nadergul in the north, Kongar in the south, Kurmaguda in the west and Bongulur in the east. It is named after the former ruler of Bijapur, Yusuf Adil Shah. The Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR) also lies in its neighbourhood.

Connectivity
There is no railway station around Adibatla but Falaknuma Railway Station is at a distance of 17 km. Other railway stations which lie even further to Falaknuma railway station are Huppuguda railway station, Shvrampalli railway station, Budvel railway station etc. However, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport lies within a radius of 15 km. The Outer Ring Road and State Highway 19 connects the major regions of Adibatla and the other smaller roads connect the localities. Local buses run by state government connect Adibatla to the neighbouhood with nearest bus station of LB Nagar at a distance of 18 km.

Real Estate
With the presence of IT hubs, Adibatla has become the centre of attraction for the real estate developers. There are various projects under construction for the residential purpose. Investors and real estate companies are planning to make a good profit out of Adibatla as the chances of residential needs is high in the future.

Social Infrastructure
The area is under-construction with road broadening plans and many other social infrastructure buildings coming up. CVR College of Engineering, Bharath Institute of Engineering and Technology, Sai Teja Jr College, Vasundra Junior College, Government Junior College are the schools and colleges of neighbouring areas.
The area does not have any hospital but various hospitals in the vicinity are Vijaya Hospital, Omsai Hospital, Orange Hospital, Owaisi Hospital, Partha Dental Hospitals and Clinics, Sri Mahalakshmi Eye Hospital, Lakshmi Health Care Hospital etc. which can be reached by bus. The area also does not have any schools but several school and colleges in the neighbouring areas like Gowtham Model School, The Lyceum School, Narayan IIT Olympiad School, Sister Nivedita High School, Naagarjuna Montessori IIT Concept School etc. Adibatla has some banks like State Bank of India, Andhra Bank and Deccan Gramin Bank in the area.
